At Dowsett Partners we charge a Management Fee per month related to the number of days we partner with you and the number of consultants and recruiters on the project, independent of the number of hires we work on, or the level of seniority of the roles. The monthly fee may change depending on the intensity of hiring needs each month within agreed parameters of the agreement. With a short term rolling contract, this gives you the flexibility and budgeting ability to contain hiring costs without the need for overly long-term contracts and hidden charges.
